Add your lists of genes, "cluster IDs", or "coordinate IDs" by either uploading them as a file or directly pasting them. This page will show all of the requested loci in a condensed version of our "Gene Analysis" web page. A list of genes or IDs can be separated by carriage returns. Please no commas or semicolons. A cluster ID is of the format 'NBENTHI_LAB360.[chr_id].[start].[length]', whereas a coordinate ID is of the format 'NBENTHI_LAB360[chr_id].[start].[end]'. If not all the images get generated, please divide your list into multiple requests to reduce the total number of IDs per request (ideally ~100). Adjust libraries/reads or change display options on the control panel.
